1. Goods sold are not returnable for refund or exchangeable.
2. Once an order is placed and payment is made, cancellation of order is not accepted and no refund will be given.
3. Upon placing an order, full payment should be made within 3 days.  The order will be cancel automatically if the payment has not been made.
4. Goods will only be shipped within Malaysia.
5. Goods will be checked before sending, therefore we will not responsible for any damage or lost during shipping.
6. Payment can be only be made by bank-in method.

Here at Musica Online Store, we offered you two different shipping method (for both West & East Malaysia), the fees are as below:


For Malaysia Version Albums
1. Normal
-Item will be received within 7-14 working days after payment has been confirmed.
- 1 album - RM2 
- 2 albums and above - Free Shipping


2. Express
-Item will be received within 7 working days after payment has been confirmed.
- 1 album - RM6
- 2 albums - RM12 and so on


For Preorder Imported Korea Albums

The shipping fees are as below:
1 album - RM10
2 albums - RM15
3 albums -RM18
